- Who handles billing?
- FastSpring (Bright Market, LLC dba FastSpring, USA) is our Merchant of Record. Your receipt comes from FastSpring and so do VAT/sales-tax line items where applicable.
- What currencies are supported?
- Plans are priced in USD; FastSpring converts to your local currency at checkout and shows the local amount before you pay.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your plan stays active until the end of the current period. For refunds see the Refund Policy.
- Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
- Not yet. If you need shared storage, SSO, or a custom contract, email hello@retransfer.one and we'll work something out.
